Junior Developer

2 positions

Help build real web apps and systems for our clients, with senior teammates to guide you.

Requirements

Backend foundations in Bun or Node.js with Express or Elysia, written in TypeScript
Frontend experience with a modern framework such as React, Next.js, or Vue
A basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and working with REST APIs
Comfortable with Git and collaborating closely within a team
A genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and take real ownership of your work
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — recent graduates are warmly welcome
A portfolio or GitHub profile is a definite plus

Own and coordinate IT projects so they are delivered on time and meet client needs.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience leading IT or software projects
Skilled at planning, tracking progress, and managing both resources and timelines
A clear, confident communicator who keeps clients and the development team aligned
A sharp problem-solver who prioritises effectively, even under pressure
A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle — Agile or Scrum experience is a plus
A working understanding of TypeScript and client–server architecture
Skilled at leveraging modern AI tools to elevate planning, documentation, and team collaboration
