We process your personal data under the lawful bases in Section 24 of the PDPA:

• Performance of a contract — when you are a client and we provide the agreed services
• Legitimate interests — to improve the website and secure our systems
• Legal obligation — e.g. retaining records as required by tax and accounting law

We collect only what is necessary — such as name, email, phone, company/organisation, and the message you send us — along with non-identifying technical data, to answer enquiries, provide quotes and services, and improve the website. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Under the PDPA (Sections 30–36) you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data
• Data portability
• Object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your data
• Request erasure, destruction, or anonymization of your data

• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data

You can exercise these rights by emailing [email protected]. We respond within the period required by law (generally no later than 30 days) and may ask for additional information to verify your identity first. Exercising your rights is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
