PDPA Notice (Personal Data Protection)
This notice summarizes your rights and the obligations of Blicktech Consultant Company Limited under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We process your personal data under the lawful bases in Section 24 of the PDPA:
- Consent — when you contact us or agree to non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time
- Performance of a contract — when you are a client and we provide the agreed services
- Legitimate interests — to improve the website and secure our systems
- Legal obligation — e.g. retaining records as required by tax and accounting law
3. Data processed and purposes
We collect only what is necessary — such as name, email, phone, company/organisation, and the message you send us — along with non-identifying technical data, to answer enquiries, provide quotes and services, and improve the website. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your rights as a data subject
Under the PDPA (Sections 30–36) you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is collected and used
- Access and obtain a copy of your data
- Data portability
- Object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your data
- Request erasure, destruction, or anonymization of your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
5. Exercising your rights
You can exercise these rights by emailing [email protected]. We respond within the period required by law (generally no later than 30 days) and may ask for additional information to verify your identity first. Exercising your rights is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
7. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as necessary (general inquiries up to 2 years; client records as required by tax and accounting law, up to 10 years) and apply appropriate safeguards such as HTTPS encryption, access controls, and monitoring of suspicious activity.
8. Complaints
If you believe our processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
